to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project

are royalty-free for a single usage event and are an integral part of our
products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images and fonts
only as a part of the particular website template. Separate usage or distribution

or resale of any kind.
Assignment - You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license
to anyone else.
Ownership - You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership
to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property
of 123-LogoDepot.com and independent content providers. Our products are
provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed
or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but
not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages
or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our product

irrevocable goods and we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped
